The Art of Gentle Winemaking
At La Luandière, we allow our vineyard to set the pace, guiding our winemaking through traditional whole-cluster fermentation – a time-honoured method that deepens character, enriches aroma, and layers complexity. With minimal intervention, the fruit and terroir speak for themselves.
After fermentation, the wine rests in 100% French oak barrels, then matures in bottle, gaining balance and depth.
